Order Processing

We usually process and ship orders within 24 hours, subject to product availability, order verification, payment authorization, and other circumstances that may affect processing.

Orders placed when an item is temporarily unavailable may require additional processing time. If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

Please Note

The 24-hour processing timeframe refers to order processing and shipment preparation. It does not represent a guaranteed delivery timeframe.

Domestic Shipping

Orders shipping within the United States are shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Available shipping methods and charges may vary depending on the destination, order contents, package size, weight, and other factors.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to select destinations. International shipping availability, rates, and services may vary depending on the destination country and the contents of the order.

International customers should be aware that delivery may take additional time due to customs clearance, import procedures, and local carrier processing.

International Orders — Important

Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, tariffs, clearance charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer or recipient.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

Customs Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country or its customs authorities.

These charges are determined by the destination country's laws, customs authorities, the classification and value of the goods, and other factors outside of our control.

The customer or recipient is solely responsible for paying all applicable duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, and other import-related costs.

Absolute Force does not control the amount of these charges and cannot guarantee whether or when customs authorities will assess them.

Customs Refusals & Rejected Packages

Customers and recipients are responsible for accepting international shipments and paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, and associated import charges.

If a package is refused, rejected, abandoned, or returned because the customer or recipient does not pay applicable duties, taxes, customs charges, or other fees, the package may be returned to Absolute Force by the carrier.

Returned International Shipments

If an international package is returned because it was refused, rejected, abandoned, or not accepted due to unpaid duties, taxes, customs charges, or other fees, the return shipping cost and all other associated fees incurred by Absolute Force will be deducted from the customer's refund.

Associated fees may include, where applicable, return transportation charges, customs or brokerage fees, storage charges, handling fees, duties, taxes, carrier charges, and other costs incurred in connection with the returned shipment.

Tracking & Delivery

Tracking information will be provided when available after an order has shipped.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment and ensuring that someone is available to receive the package when required.

Delivery estimates provided by carriers are estimates only and may change due to weather, customs processing, carrier delays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, additional charges, failed deliveries, or returned shipments resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

If an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipping Delays & Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Although we make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Severe weather or natural disasters.
  • Carrier delays or transportation disruptions.
  • Customs inspections or clearance delays.
  • Government restrictions or regulatory requirements.
  • Strikes, labor disruptions, or transportation interruptions.
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
  • Other unforeseen events outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Questions

If you have questions about the shipping status of your order, international delivery, customs requirements, or a returned shipment, please contact our customer service team with your order or invoice number.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with carrier and delivery inquiries, but customers remain responsible for duties, taxes, customs charges, and other import-related costs applicable to their shipment.
